The Resting Tide: A 2 Part Series

Join holistic practitioner Lindsey Walker of Mockingbird Remedies for a series on the time between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice, also known as the resting tide. As we prepare for the darkest part of the year, this series will include components of Chinese Medicine, food as medicine, plant spirit connection, tea formulating, and more.
